It’s SC Peach Festival Time Again!
The old saying may be “Georgia peach”, 
but those in the know know that behind California, South Carolina is the 2nd largest exporter of peaches! We celebrate that everyday with a huge peach-painted water tower alongside Highway 85 outside Gaffney, and then once a year, we have our annual SC Peach Festival. This year’s event is next Saturday, June 21st - the longest day of the year, and first day of summer.
Here are a few pictures I dug up from the last time we were there (I’ll be sure to include some peaches this year):
